dc.description.abstractActually, the calculation of the wind load effects on structures is simply the substitution of dynamic loads by equivalent static loads. This method is good for regular structures and was validated by experiments. In effect, this type of loads is not easy to be analysed in some cases. Direct stochastic dynamic is used in the design of civil engineering structures like bridges, communication towers... This method is actually used in the industry and plays an important role to control the price of construction and the security of structures. For powers lines, this method could help calculate responses of structures, evaluate required capacity. The object of this thesis is to validate the stochastic dynamic method for transmission lines. Some examples are presented with applications of the software UdeSvent in the project:"Chaire Industrielle CRSNG/HQTÉ, Lignes aériennes de transport d'énergie électrique".fr
